Lydia fell in love with letterpress a long time ago and began learning all she could about the art and craft of this printing method. She started by renting the antique presses at the wonderful Evanston Print and Paper Shop studio where she began to create letterpress printed goodies for friends, family, and clients - and still does!
In May 2010 she acquired her own antique letterpress (an 1850's 7x11 Gordon platen press) and thus cemented her printing obsession.
As a book lover, avid letter writer, and lifelong card designer, Lydia and letterpress are a perfect fit. The rest is history!
